Introduction
The human factor has now been recognised as one of the key elements for the organisational success. The growing importance of the human factor and of human resource management (HRM) due to its pervasive nature have tended to change the role of today’s managers both line and specialist, in terms of handling human resource issues. In this context, NASC has been regularly organising a series of HRM related training programmes for the officials working in government and public enterprises. This training programme has been designed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities in key human resource management issues necessary for the class III officers of the government.
